How does Amber Work?
That’s very simple. You register yourself via the website. After that, download the app, make a reservation, open your car with the app and… drive off! You will always receive an online or personal demo before your first trip. If you have any questions or need help along the way, you can always call us.

Is there an Amber nearby?
You will find all information about the hubs in the app and on the website. At every hub, you can pick up your car, park your car for free and end your reservation. You can read more information about the hubs, like opening times, in our app. 

Can you open a hub in our neighborhood or at my office?
This is possible under certain conditions. For example, with a minimum number of users. Click here and we will call you back.

What are the costs?
At Amber you choose a plan that suits you best. Do you sometimes need to drive a bit more, or less? No problem, you can change your plan every month free of charge. Click here for the rates.

What type of cars does Amber offer?
Amber chooses to offer one type of car: The BMW i3. This is a sustainable and comfortable electric car. And because all our cars are the same, it feels like you are driving in your own car.
