How does Amber Work?
That’s very simple. You register yourself via the website. After that, download the app, make a reservation, open your car with the app and… drive off! You will always receive an online or personal demo before your first trip. If you have any questions or need help along the way, you can always call us.

Is there an Amber nearby?
You will find all information about the hubs in the app and on the website. At every hub, you can pick up your car, park your car for free and end your reservation. You can read more information about the hubs, like opening times, in our app. 

What are the costs?
Amber is pay-per-use. Before your trip, you’ll see an indication of the price. Good to know: long trips are relatively more affordable than short trips, as is driving off-peak. You’re rewarded for frequent use of Amber. Download the app, sign up for free, plan a trip, and you’ll see the costs in the app. Click here for the rates.

Can you open a hub in our neighborhood or at my office?
